2. Wi-Fi Options: Set your JioFi’s Wi-Fi settings here : Change SSID: Customise the name of your network as desired and set a strong password to increase security. Enabling and disabling WiFi at will is possible at any moment; WPA2, WPA3 or no encryption should provide sufficient Wi-Fi protection.

1. Lost Password
You can reset your login password back to its default state should you forget it; simply follow these steps

2. Device Not Recognizing SIM
To reset, hold down the Reset Button within your gadget for 10 seconds until it reboots with admin password back onboard and admin account restored. Ideally this should resolve issues related to internet connectivity: Check your dashboard for consistent JioFi signals then restart JioFi by turning it off/on again for quick resolution of issue(s).

3 Device Doesn’t Recognise SIM
JioFi may misidentify SIM cards: Insert the SIM card correctly.
Check for expiration or deactivation before restarting your device.

4. Slow Internet Speed
